Golf Clubs : Smoking Shelters

Employers do not have a duty to provide areas for employees to smoke, however, if they do decide to provide an area for smokers then it should not be enclosed or substantially enclosed.   There is a possiblilty that you may have to apply for permission from your local council to build any shelters.
